How long does international shipping take?

Please understand your order is processed immediately after the orders are placed. However, we ask for 3-5 business days for us to prepare and ship your item due to the high volume of orders. Our products usually arrive within 10 business days after the product has been processed and shipped out. Some variability may cause the shipment to take as long as 20 business days.


I ordered multiple products but why did I only receive one?
We may ship out each product separately depending on the overall weight of your package so that our customers don't have to pay Custom and Duty fees.

Even though it cost our company a lot more money to ship out the items individually but we feel like it is the right thing to do for our customers. This is way, you don't have to pay unnecessary fees incurred by customs and duty. Please be rest assured all of your products will arrive.  You can contact us via Email for tracking information for the items that have not arrived.


How do I change or cancel my order?

To change or cancel an order, please email with your order number, whether you want to cancel or modify your order, and how we can serve you better in the future.


Will I be charged for customs?

This really depends on your country and their customs and duties. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for the tax and customs charges of another country and will not be covering those charges.


How do I return something?

Within 5 days of receiving your order, you may return the order to receive a full refund. We offer this to all our domestic and international customers to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.
